Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Silas Schüttel, trading as AutomateWork.de, Hauptstr. 7E, 76848 Spirkelbach, Germany, operates HotelDepreciation and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact info@automatework.de with privacy questions or requests.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted on our server in Germany. The hosting infrastructure processes connection information, such as IP address, requested path and request time, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website measurement

We measure page visits and interactions such as starting or submitting an enquiry with an analytics tool that runs on our own server. We keep the measurement data as long as we need it to evaluate the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your enquiry

The form collects your name, email address, property name, US state, relationship to the property and any optional message. We also record the introduction permission, its wording and date, a request identifier and, where present, limited campaign attribution. We store the request on our server. Please do not include tax returns, identification documents or other sensitive financial information in the form.

We use your information to review and respond to your request and facilitate the introduction you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable). We maintain a record of the introduction for attribution and administration based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). To prevent spam, we briefly limit the number of requests per connection (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Introductions to Investor Guide

The form asks for your permission to share your enquiry with Investor Guide so that they can contact you about a potential CSSI study. This sharing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Investor Guide and CSSI operate in the United States and act under their own privacy responsibilities. Before transferring personal data internationally, we must establish an applicable transfer basis and any required safeguards. No transfer occurs merely because you submit the form.

You can withdraw permission for a future introduction by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Retention

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle the request, document the introduction and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We review unresolved or inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months. Where accounting or legal obligations require retention, the relevant records may be kept longer with access restricted.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Contact info@automatework.de. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority responsible for Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
